Registration

If you have a presentation at the BSS2016 you should have received a confirmation letter with the registration instructions. In the case you do not have a presentation and you want to attend the Symposium, please contact bss2016@ictp.it for information on how to register.

Conference fees

€350 per person
€150 Students/ Pensioners (*)
€100 Accompanying persons(**)

• (*)Students will be required to present proof of status
• (**)Includes Excursion and participation to the Banquet Dinner

The conference registration fees include:

• Admittance and access to all official conference and poster sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome Reception
• Admission to the Banquet Dinner
• Excursion

Financial Support

A limited number of grants are available to support the travel and living expenses of selected participants, with priority given to participants working in a developing country and who are at the early stages of their career. The payment of the registration fee for selected applicants from developing countries will be waived.
